| Trimble GCS600-Lift |
|
The Trimble GCS600-Lift provides a low cost of entry for Grade Control Systems and is an excellent first investment for contractors looking for greater productivity from their machines. Designed primarily for use on dozers the GCS600-Lift can be also used on other machines. This grade control solution was designed to be easy to learn and use with the CB420 Control Box providing access to a wide range of features. The GCS600-Lift uses the LR410 laser receiver mounted on a mast attached to the blade to control lift. This system is an ideal solution for smaller construction projects such as housing pads, sports fields, and finish grading. |

| Trimble GCS600-Slope |
|
The GCS600-Slope Grade Control System is a dual-control laser based system that controls both the lift and tilt of the machine blade. This is done by connecting two LR410 laser receivers or one LR410 and an AS400 slope sensor to the system. While the system was designed primarily for dozers, its flexible design allows for use on other machines.
For even greater speed and accuracy, the GCS600-Slope system features a unique Linked Mode, which ties lift and tilt together and displays them as a single control. The operator can use Linked Mode to easily, accurately and consistently benchmark and adjust the system. By controlling both functions, the GCS600-Slope grants the operator greater control over the material.
Because of the upgrade ability of the GCS family, contractors can either select to purchase the GCS400, or purchase the GCS 300 and upgrade to the GCS400 system, while still retaining the option to upgrade to a 3D system. The GCS400 is an ideal solution for contractors by allowing the system to control both lift and tilt functions, thereby granting the operator to control the material more accurately and quickly, especially across larger jobsites.
The GCS400 is well suited for medium and large pads, along with road construction, rough and finish grading, and sports fields. For those wanting a system the can handle many applications, and is durable yet easy to use, the GCS400 is a perfect balance. |

| Trimble GCS600-Cross Slope |
|
The Trimble GCS600-Cross Slope system is designed for motor graders and uses two AS400 angle sensors and an RS400 rotation sensor to calculate the position of the blade. This cross-slope system allows the operator to select which side of the blade is controlled and to switch sides on a return pass. The AS400 is highly flexible with 100% slope capability.
The GCS600-Cross Slope is ideal for road maintenance, road construction, sports fields, embankments, and ditches. The GCS600-Cross Slope uses the CB420 control box which features dual LED grade displays, a graphical backlit LCD display, easy-to operate switches and buttons. When used with the GCS600-Cross Slope Grade Control System, the software provides the operator with a range of powerful features specifically designed for cross slope and blade elevation on motor graders. |

| Trimble GCS600 for Excavators |
|
The Trimble GCS600 Hex Grade Control System is a flexible, economical, and easy to use grade control system designed exclusively for excavators to assist in excavation, trenching, grading and profile work. The GCS600 uses the Trimble AS450 Angle Sensor, Trimble AS460 Dual Axis Sensor and the Trimble LC450 Laser Catcher. These components measure the relationship between the body, boom, stick and bucket to determine where the cutting edge is and should be, thus directing the operator to the desired depth and slope. This advanced system allows the operator to know exactly where the bucket is at all times, without any guesswork.
The system also features the Trimble CB410 Control Box to give you a powerful range of features specifically designed for unobstructed vision and in-cab excavator control. The backlit LCD graphical display shows detailed system information and real-time diagrams and graphics for easy viewing and operation. |
